RETURN & REFUND POLICY

MADE TO ORDER — ALL SALES FINAL

Every Trumplican Party product is custom printed just for you at the time of your order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:

You ordered the wrong size or color
You changed your mind
You no longer want the item

Please review your order carefully before completing checkout. Size guides are available on each product page.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

We stand behind the quality of every product. If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, we will make it right with a free reprint or a full refund — no return shipment required.

To qualify, you must contact us within 30 days of delivery at info@thetrumplicanparty.com with the following:

Your order number
A clear photo showing the damage or defect
If multiple items are affected by the same issue, one photo or video showing all affected items together

Once we verify the issue with our fulfillment partner, we will arrange a reprint or issue a refund promptly.

Please note: For direct-to-garment (DTG) printed products, a variation of up to 0.5 inches in print placement is considered within normal production tolerance and does not qualify as a defect.

WRONG SIZE OR COLOR ORDERED

We are unable to offer reprints or refunds if the wrong size or color was selected at checkout. Please use the size guide on the product page and double-check your selections before placing your order.

DELIVERY ISSUES

If your order is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, or if delivery was unsuccessful, contact us at info@thetrumplicanparty.com as soon as possible. Depending on the situation, we can arrange a reprint (additional shipping charge may apply) or a partial refund.
